Question: I take a big lots brand pain relief pm by the name brand of soundbody. i take two every night before bed, ?

To help me sleep and for back pain. I have been taking them for around 4- 5 months now. Are they safe to take this long?

Sometimes you hear things that those discount stores dont regulate there items. they may or may not be safe. on the other hand taking a sleep aid and or pain med is ok to take for awhile. if its longer than 6 months i would see a dr and see what they think.
