Question: I have muscle pain...remedies?

For about a week, I have had a lot of pain on my left side of my body....I am a former dancer who really hasnt done anything physically straining in sometime. My the muscles in my neck, lower back, and leg (all on my left side) feel very sore, like I slept wrong or pulled something. Does anyone know ways to relieve this pain? Should I see a massuse? Thanks in advance

Heat helps to relax the muscles so hot bath may help till you can get an appointment to see someone about aroma therapy.I have fybromlgia and arthritis so suffer pain in joints and muscles and regularly attend for an aroma therapy massage and reiki.Prior to this i was a sceptic but i now know different.After a session i feel a lot better it really helps with pain levels and really relaxes me.This in its self is a great thing as when tense the pain is greater. I hope this helps and i am lucky as the session is not too expensive.Wish you luck as i know what muscular pain is like.Take care will keep my fingers crossed for you
