Question: Does it mean i am losing weight if my muscles/body ache? (Posted by: Merry Christmas on 2008-11-12 15:00:18) After doing 'abs' workouts for a few days my stomach hurts, but not in a bad way, in a achy- yet tolerable way.. does that mean i'm on the right track, and what i'm doing will help me tone up??? |

It sounds like you're working your muscles too hard. Never work them out on consecutive days. You have to add some cardio and clean up your eating before you'll tone up. Weights alone will not do it. |
