Does it mean i am losing weight if my muscles/body ache?

Question: Does it mean i am losing weight if my muscles/body ache?

After doing 'abs' workouts for a few days my stomach hurts, but not in a bad way, in a achy- yet tolerable way.. does that mean i'm on the right track, and what i'm doing will help me tone up???

Not right away, pain aches are from lactic acid buildup and inactivity or stretching muscles. keep doing what you are doing.

Your muscles ache because you're tearing them down with your workouts. You have to have a rest period to let them rebuild. As they rebuild they get bigger. It sounds like you're working your muscles too hard. Never work them out on consecutive days. You have to add some cardio and clean up your eating before you'll tone up. Weights alone will not do it.
