It would help to know your age, how much exercise and the type, but from what you are saying about one arm hurting (is it your left arm?) it is possible that you may be having a serious problem with your heart. That's because of overexertion and nausea that you are experiencing. It would probably be best if you go to an emergency room and have an EKG run just to be on the safe side. Even young people these days seem to have undiagnosed cardiac problems after overexertion. Don't wait. Find out now.
