Question: If your muscles don't ache or hurt the day following a workout... has your session achieved anything? (Posted by: steve on 2008-08-26 19:38:42) I have been doing weights every day for two weeks (different groups on different days). Usually, it hurts the next day and I know that its a good sign, as it means ive torn muscle fibres which is a requirement for growth. The last two sessions I've done, I have lifted as much as I could lift, and worked as hard as I could work, but have not been sore in the days following. Am I still making any progress? |

After that, you are becoming a veteran. Also, i sound like an ancient Chinese saying. Make sure to get enough wheatstuffs and meat. Both are very necessary for building strength |
