Question: Whats the average body mass index for girls?

Anywhere between 18-25 percent is considered healthy.

The health range is 18.5 - 25. Average varies with age.

Body mass index for 15 year old girl should be 18.5-24. But if you meant body fat percentage then that should be 16-28%.
