Tips on how to get rid of aches and pains?
I am on my feet constantly and with my job, i'm also on my feet 9 hours a day. I have too lift a lot of heavy things at my work place too, which makes my body ache EVERYwhere. It sometimes hurts so bad, i literally can't move most the time. and i'm a lot more stressed too, which makes me tense my muscles even more. so, my back, legs, shoulders, and feet are killing me, any tips on how to prevent this from happening again?
