Question: Body aches, sinus pain , and night sweats?

Body Aches, Sinus Pain , and Night Sweats, heavy fatigue. Is this just a normal cold or something more? im 18 and I still have intense body aches some alka seltzer took care of the sinus a little bid but the body aches are brutal

Sounds like a flu coming on. Take aspirin, keep warm, lots of fluids. Edit: Okay, Alka Seltzer helped, that's good - the body aches can be brutal, you probably need to take a stronger pain remedy like Motrin or Advil - an ibuprofen. And honestly, as bad as you feel, a hot shower would help, but make sure you keep warm in the bathroom and don't get chilled - heat up the bathroom and dry completely off - and dress warm in the bathroom to prevent getting a further chill. I still suspect it's the flu. If you are staying home and doing the bed thing, if you have a heating pad you might want to use is where you ache the most. Make sure you are drinking lots - and especially hot drinks, tea, milk, hot chocolate, and coffee would be okay if you use milk/ cream in it - don't drink it black. Coffee tends to leach minerals out of the system, and it could make the muscle aches worse. Dress as warmly as you can, the extra heat in your body will help. Sorry you feel like this but it's going to be a few more days.
