Question: Can lack of sleep, lack of exercise or cold weather cause body aches? (Posted by: Eden on 2008-10-17 19:35:32) I have hardly slept over the past 3 nights (school camp), and now my legs and arms are weak and sore, and i have been sleeping for like 20 hours and i'm still tired. It was also cold at night when i was at camp. Could that also have contributed to the pain? We didn't do any walking or outdoor activities at camp, it was more of a holiday and reflection. Also, i usually go to teh gym for 1 hour every day, but for the past 3 days i havn't. could that be the reason why i'm sore?? |
