The pain you are feeling is a good thing. It just means you damaged your muscles in a good way. Now, your body uses protein to rebuild the muscles, bigger and better than before. Generally speaking, your first week or 2 of lifting weights will be the hardest on your body. After a while the pain won't be as bad anymore. |
