Constipation and body aches?

Question: Constipation and body aches?

(Posted by: WascallyWabbit on 2008-09-15 01:09:13)

I havent pooed properly for the last 4 days. I poo but theyre like small drops and they look dry. My back hurts around my kidneys when i wake up in the morning and the part where my ribs end, the upper abdomen the right part kinda hurts... i also have coughs and colds too.. my first guess was kidney failure since i was kinda feeling tired and my pee frequency increases at night.. what do you guys think? What could this be?

4 Days without a proper bowel movement is bad. Kindly take a laxative and get to clean your interiors, all aches and cold will disappear. Meanwhile check for infections .

Charming. When you have minor, fairly trivial symptoms, "kidney failure " should always be your first conclusion I think.

It's not kidney failure - but is it anything? You've described a bunch of probably unrelated symptoms that are fairly easy to treat with OTC products.
