Question: Sinus headache, body aches, and not feeling really good...?

I had a runny nose for the past week and severe sneezing, but didn't really feel all that bad. Now that the nose has stopped running, I have mild body aches here and there and my sinus cavities hurt when I turn my eyes from one side to the other. I'm not running a fever...and I don't really feel "sick. " Just kind of miserable and like I don't really want to do anything. Is this the signs of a sinus infection?

You may want to look into a Neti Pot. They're available online or from heath food stores. See the link below. I do it every morning and I have virtually no sinus headaches anymore.

Treat your symptoms, rest, drink lotsa water, and follow up with your doctor to rule out allergies vs viral illness.
