Question: Have reall bad tooth and jaw ache..tried all pain killers known 2 man nowt dentist on tues,any ideas?

Clove oil works, but don't get in on your skin as it will burn. Hope ya feel better soon..I know how bad teeth pain is.

Awww Toothache is the worst, Im afraid nothing will help until youve seen the dentist who in turn will probably give you antibiotics! It may be trapped food, you never know, try giving your teeth a MAJOR clean!! Just keep taking paracetemol for the pain.

Try soaking a piece of cotton wool and soaking in whisky, and place on the affected tooth. or crumble aspirin directly on to the tooth. hope this helps. have done this in the past. the whisky definitely did. good luck

Go with the Oil of Cloves (get it at the chemist) - if you have a cavity then soak a tiny piece of cotton wool in the oil and wedge it as deeply as you can in the hole. Why not phone your dentist in the morning - tell the Receptionist that you think you have an abscessed tooth and ask if they have an emergency appointment slot. P.S. I'd drink the suggested whisky!

Yes oil of cloves works...either put it directly on the area, or use cotton wool soaked in it and bite down on the area. You can get it from your chemist.

Why are they waiting until Tuesday to get you an appt.? They should make you an emergency appt. on Monday, even if they are closed, someone will be on call.
