Question: Stomach ache, nausea, and lower back pain?

Yesterday I threw up then went to school. wehn I cam home i went right to sleep and slept until 11, showered then went back to bed. today i had my mom pick me up from school because i feel sick again. i started a femcon because my periods are so heavy. any one who had this same problem??
