Dull and slightly aching knee pain?

Question: Dull and slightly aching knee pain?

(Posted by: sinker on 2008-09-07 12:55:56)

I work out a lot (and have been hitting it harder recently) and now my knee is slightly hurting. Nothing too terribly bad (except when I was climbing all over the playgroud with my son). I read about something that could cause that...the cartilage under the knee cap gets worn down. I am only 27..is that possible? I just started taking the joint supplement...does it work? I am also taking advil for the pain. (I have not quit exercising, hiking, spinning, and other cardio.) Advice?
